Harvey Robinson

A professional and customer focused consultant and leading development coach with proven project and people management skills. As a reliable, assiduous individual Jenny consistently delivers a broad range of work to high standards as part of a team or independently. |
Key achievements during her career include:

Obi Abuchi
A confident and versatile Professional with a genuine passion for working with individuals and groups at all levels, facilitating growth, development and change that improve an organisation’s bottom line. Obi has facilitated Balanced Score Card Workshops aimed at introducing a new corporate vision for a large organisation. |
Before joining FBM past roles included Project Manager & Business Performance Analyst. Since joining FBM Obi has supported a high-level Customer Relationship Management programme and successfully in a series of workshops to Senior Managers and Engineers that improved Customer Satisfaction from 73% to 89%. |

Steve Theobald
A Senior Manager with a proven track record of delivering commercial solutions through leadership and resourcefulness. He is a strategic thinker who is strongly commercially and able to make tough decisions. Steve is an excellent communicator and an asset to any team due to his versatility. |
Key achievements include:

Delivering a project with a budget of £120M for £86.5M.

Creating processes that were successfully used in winning a number of external contracts.

Successfully reducing contract performance penalties from more than £2m to less than £50,000 in 12 months. |
Christine Tully
A solutions focused Facilities Manager with excellent interpersonal, leadership and negotiating skills who holds blue chip company experience both as Head of in house FM Division and as consultant & contractor. Able to combine strategic planning with a hands on delivery approach she can acts as facilitator, negotiator and expeditor at board and operational level. |
Key achievements include:

Creation of Business Continuity Plans by business unit and location and review of emergency procedures/recovery strategies.

Development of multi-site estates strategy, through a modular approach to the review of requirements and selection of options
